Born in Amritsar, Dr. Singh after completing his MBBS from KMC, Mangalore moved to UK for higher education and training. After staying abroad for more than a decade, he returned to India and whilst pursuing his professional goals he continued his extracurricular activities which could benefit the society in general. All the organisations that he's a part of, have a strong presence in Punjab and work towards helping out the weaker sections of the society.
